Wyatt Johnson Ford was a great buying experience! Very laid back, no pressure situation. Charles helped me get into my new car and unfortunately it had a screw in the tire that couldn’t be patched so they made it right and got me a brand new tire. Unfortunately it had to be done the next day so they drove my new car 2+ hours to Birchwood to drop off my car and take my old car back. It took a little longer than expected or originally quoted but Deanna took care of me the entire time. From the day it broke down to picking it up. Also, did some extra pampering to make up for the delay! All that matters is I've got my girl back and she's ready to go!!
