I went into Wyatt Johnson Ford today to look at a Bronco I had seen online. I have never bought a car or been involved in car buying in my life. Wyatt Johnson Ford was a great buying experience! Very laid back, no pressure situation. Charles helped me get into my new car and unfortunately it had a screw in the tire that couldn’t be patched so they made it right and got me a brand new tire. Unfortunately it had to be done the next day so they drove my new car 2+ hours to Birchwood to drop off my car and take my old car back. Top notch. Sincere, thoughtful. No one was pushy. Fantastic experience buying our 2024 Bronco. Had been shopping used 2021 Broncos yet buying new made so much more sense. With their rebates & incentives, we got so much more for our money. And having a 7 year warranty really gives me peace of mind!
Great experience with sales staff, they worked with us and we finalized our purchase. Car has plenty of power and a great ride. Rides as good as our larger SUV.
Sales person (Bantoe) was very attentive - was not pushy but listened to what I said I was looking for and helped me find it on the lot. He had the right amount of follow up after I stated that I would think on the options provided. The rest of the team was great as well. They were all Very professional and knowledgeable which helped to make my purchase experience an enjoyable one.
