Most car dealerships are the same and this one wasn't much different. I knew what I wanted my monthly payment to be, and I made it clear prior to arriving and while on site I was not buying the vehicle for anymore that what I had already stated. My sales man Charles was extremely nice and easy to talk to, however, the issue I have is this, I spent 3 hours at the dealership, signing paperwork, them dragging out the entire process to the point it was unnecessary. One star because I love my car. (So far) The salesman was very nice and accommodating up to the point I signed my paperwork. The finance person was not engaging at all and seemed quite put off when I had questions or tried to read the sales contract. They PUSH their add on products and services down your throat and get upset when you don’t opt in. There was one super cute sales woman who was very very nice but she wasn’t even my sales person.
We were missed led and told the non truth from start to finish. 1) the truck was never serviced, it cost me $108 & two different visits to another shop to complete the service. 2) was sold oil changes for three years, no no record no trace. 3) they gave us a key thet I'm sure they knew it didn't work, that cost me $135 to get fixed. Yes I tried to contact WJ and no one wanted to talk about any of this. Even sent a hand written letter, no response.
They get you in and out very quickly. I went here for oil change and tire rotation, the manager in this service center is a top notch, he will provide you the services that you deserve. Definitely will come back here. Thank you
