Great buying experience. Terrible service department.
Beware! For your safety! Daughter took her car, purchased at another Ford dealership, for routine maintenance--oil change & tire rotation--and lost brakes 12 days later due to fluid contamination.
The worst customer service experience ever. Go here if you want to get ripped off and spend your day in their waiting room. Chances are your car won't get fixed right either.

Love how Crown Ford has been remodeled. Waiting area has HD-TV, fireplace, and nice comfortable chairs. Looks fresh, modern and new.
The Collision Center is terrible. They broke more stuff than they fixed while doing body work.
