was 10 hours from home and all other dealers told us it would be three weeks to get my f150 diagnosed. Mike and the the bald tech (can’t remember his name) helped us out and had us going home with a perfectly working truck in 30 minutes. they were great.
Kendall was a great, polite service advisor who was very forthcoming about any and all issues with my Explorer. Sydney helped with my loaner and it was so easy and painless. Would come back for any future issues with no hesitation!
My service advisor was Kendall. He was friendly and very informative. He gave me the opportunity to ask all the questions I had. I dropped my car off for a battery replacement without an appointment and it was ready within a couple of hours.
