was 10 hours from home and all other dealers told us it would be three weeks to get my f150 diagnosed. Mike and the the bald tech (can’t remember his name) helped us out and had us going home with a perfectly working truck in 30 minutes. they were great.
Kendall at the service department has been nothing short of amazing!! My car has had so many issues for almost an entire year and he worked with me throughout the whole process and every time my car got serviced he provided me a loaner so I was never left without a car. My car is finally fixed and thanks to him he made the process stress free ! Give that man a raise ASAP!!!
