Took my car in just before Labor Day and they were packed with appointments, I had to get my car towed to the dealer due to an oil leak and they made the entire process seamless, from getting my vehicle towed there and making an appointment to getting my vehicle looked at. I was supposed to get my vehicle looked at the Tuesday following Labor Day but they were able to get my car in a lot sooner and tell me what was going on. Nelson helped us from the beginning to the end. We liked that in between processing the paper works, he kept us busy or got things taken care of like filling up the gas tank that way, we wouldn't just be sitting around waiting for finance to be ready. We highly recommend him as the salesman. No pressure like your other typical salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted. Popped in to say Thank you! Over the weekend I decided to change to an EV, and Makayla was the BIGGEST help ever. She made the process all worth it! The whole team really worked hard to get me an incredible deal and meet all my needs. I can’t can’t thank the Kia team enough for the EFFORT this weekend in this deal. Especially Makayla!, she was educated on the vehicle and treated me like a Person! I’d bring my service back to this buisness again and again.
Took our youngest daughter 20 year old to buy her very first brand new car. From the time my husband starting talking with them they were great and when we got there they were amazing with our daughter. They took extra time to make sure she understood everything, then before we left our sales man Daniel went over everything in her car and walked her through setting it all up. We will definitely keep going back to them and sending people too them. Thank you for making her first experience one she won’t forget.
