Jordan was great I went in with a car in mind but it was out of my budget so Jordan told me come back the next day and he would have me riding away with a car. I rode away with a 2026 k5 the very next day
The buying portion of our Telluride was great and the only reason for 2 stars. To bad the service side negates it. We have been in for recalls only and each one they wanted me to make two trips. One for them to verify and order the part. One for them to put the part on. The first was a serpentine belt. I drove 1.5 hours for them to tell me they had to order a belt that I could have picked up at Auto Zone. The last straw was the self leveling shocks. Had a great experience with this dealership. Brent was awesome and worked with us to get out the door in a timely manner. Very grateful as we were needing to get back home to pick up kiddos from school who love the new vehicle. Only downside I did not bring a dvd with me to check out this car which is one of the reasons I bought it. The tv in the front seems to have issues and doesn’t stay on. The back tv works great.
