My wife visited Wyatt Johnson kia today to receive an oil change. The technician working was extremely professional, however when placing the appointment we were not informed of the price increase in the service. One oil change went from slightly over $80+tax to $169+tax and the used to offer a 3 oil change package that was $189+tax and now has increased to $369+tax. I had an outstanding experience at Wyatt! Deandre was an AWESOME service representative. He keep me informed with what was happening with my car . I always have a pleasant experience! I normally ALWAYS deal with Scott Smith, and he is absolutely amazing! He is very knowledgeable and answers all of my questions. Anytime I have an issue, he gets things taken care of in a reasonable amount of time.
