I purchased my Camry with Thalía Martin and her service was excellent. Everything was super fast and clearly explained. My son took his 2018 Toyota Camry (139 k mi) into Wyatt Johnson service department for transmission shifting issues. While diagnosing the issue they found metal in the transmission fluid. They ended up replacing the transmission and the torque converter under the terms of the Wyatt Johnson warranty for life program ($200 deductible) No B.S. No hassles Just pure unadulterated service. Yes ,the warranty is the real deal.
I have been doing vehicle service here for over 20 years this appointment has been the worst I ever had it took over 2 hrs for a tire rotation and oil change. When I got home I read the report, it said my cabin air filter was dirty and needed to be change if they wold have told me before I left I would had it change. Not happy!!
