Due to some kind of mix up at the lab my blood needed to be redrawn. I set up an appointment and when I arrived I waited a couple of minutes before Diane came out and took me back to take blood. She was sweet and friendly. Like Sabrina who took blood previously, she did not hurt me and was quick and efficient. If you need lab work both of these young ladies are great. As before I give a 10 to my experience.
This was my first time coming since they reopened and I can say the treatment and the wait time was way better than before. Everyone in the office was super nice and welcoming. I waited less than 10 mins to go back to the room and immediately I began receiving treatment. Sabrina was the one who did my tests and helped with getting me taken care of.
