Had dirt all over my car from a gravel road, this car wash exceeded my expectations. My car went from dirty to super shiny after. Great vacuums as well as clean towels and spray bottles to detail the inside. 10/10 recommend!!
Great Car Wash. Tire shine was fantastic and overall chemical coverage was top-tier. The track ran smooth and the brushes hit every part of the vehicle. Happy to see that everything in the tunnel is working great. Some of the vacuums were clogged, but I did not have to move spots once to get working vacuums. Overall, really happy with this Car Wash and will definitely be back.
Very poor customer service. This car wash in Lindale was closed for a week and I was unable to use my membership. I pay monthly and when I called to ask what credit they would offer for not being able to use the car wash, the general manager said they were offering no credit and that I could use it now that they reopened. Unfortunately they do not have another location anywhere near Tyler. Don't waste your time here, go to another competitor that has multiple locations in the Tyler area that you can use if one closes.
WARNING/ BEWARE everything was decent until Express car wash took over. No longer receive serv ice i am paying for. No tire shine, wax not being applied. Tunnel smells extremely bad. No towels, vacumes barely sucking and coming apart. Employees are obviously not happy as well as they just slop soap on front of car in prep area and are sending vehicles thru bumper to bumper. One of the best car washes around!! Awesome staff and customer service. I also love the perks of the free detail items they have available for you to utilize after your wash. Highly recommend! Just wish they would open a location in Tyler!!
