We had an appointment time for 2:45 and waited still for an hour and a half before being seen, however there was someone else in the waiting room who had an appointment that was scheduled at 3:45 who was called back BEFORE we were. When I asked the secretary to check on this, she was very unprofessional and just told me she couldn’t tell me even how much longer we were going to have to wait, then shut her window. They have no clue how to keep their word, or appointment times. They literally had me, and my son(who doesn't feel good) waiting for HOURS, today! We had even gotten there at least 15 mins before his appointment time, too! Then, after about an hour and a half of waiting, this "clinical nurse" comes out, and basically just gives the whole waiting room a bunch of lying excuses, as to why everyone was having to wait for so long. I was very disappointed in my experience at this clinic. Went for a covid test. Front desk receptionist was not friendly or kind, registration was difficult on my phone, seemed unorganized and after waiting 1 1/2 hours was told they could not retest me even though I needed it for work and have immuno compromised family members.
Been in twice, very rude at the front desk. I’ve been waiting over an hour for a test they get results back in 15 minutes. After I sat in My car for over an hour to begin with. If I didn’t have to have this today, I would not be here!
people at front desk have very poor people skills . really like to show to show their bad manors to the customers. probably get better service, and less of a hassle at the welfare office.
