I've never had a bad experience here! Take my kids here and they are treated so great, and they call and checked on how my daughter was feeling a couple of days later! Thank you!
These people do not care about your well being. I went there during an asthma attack at 6:40pm on Sunday and they refused to take me. They said they don’t take anyone past 6:30. I had to drive to the ER while literally having an asthma attack. I or someone else could’ve been seriously injured if I passed out behind the wheel. Please post that you won’t take anyone passed 6:30 regardless of your condition.
For an urgent care, it's too difficult if not possible at all to get in to be seen. Just showing up for a sore throat or fever will get you turned away with them saying they are not seeing anymore patients that day. Be better off waiting and seeing an actual physician or your family doctor next business day..
Business response:
Michelle, We are sorry our team was unable to see you and can understand your frustration. Unfortunately we have been experiencing high volumes of patients in many of our clinics and at times have to stop accepting patients for the day if the number of patients already checked in exceeds what our providers are safely able to see during our hours of operation. Oftentimes the number of patients that you see in the waiting room does not accurately reflect the actual number of patients waiting to be seen. Many of our patients wa... read more
Been there before and I would have recommended after today I wouldn’t.
This place sucks.. i waited 4 hours just to get a Covid test.. wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. The health department can get you tested faster, and they're free.
For the 15 minute COVID-19 test we spent over 2 hours there.
Business response:
Clois, We are so sorry your wait was longer than expected and recognize that your time is valuable. Our goal is to never sacrifice quality of care over speed and we understand this sometimes can be frustrating! Thank you for understanding we are working as quickly as possible with high patient volumes while everyone is doing their best to help manage the spread of Covid-19.
Checked in online by 10:30am and got a 2:30 appointment. Arrived ten minutes before my time as requested, but the person working the front desk allowed an elderly woman to stand at the check in counter and fill out paperwork. I was third in line and by the time I checked in, it was past my appointment time and I had to wait an hour. Not sure what good online check in does if staff can’t efficiently check patients in to keep appointment times.
Business response:
Jamie, we are sorry we did not meet your expectations. Your feedback has been shared with our management.
My daughter and granddaughter went they received horrible service they were tested for the flu and their swabs were put in the same wrapper ! Oh my gosh how awful I would not recommend this place to anyone and to top it off they didn’t even call in their meds ! You need to step up your service don’t you think?
Business response:
Kevin N Tracy, we are sorry we did not meet your expectations. We have shared your feedback with our management.
