RecommendedThe staff was very kind and courteous. Their schedulers helped to get me in quickly so that I would not miss an upcoming flight. The provider was honest and caring and gave me accurate and helpful information. I highly recommend them!!
RecommendedUsually good staff in there. The other day I took my son in and this lady was not helpful at all. We explained he uses an inhaler during sports for asthma. She said well we do not sign off on physical exams for sports. Hello lady that’s where we have went for the past several years. The precious PA that we are used to seeing in there is amazing but not this one. Wasted my time. Hope the other lady is still there.
Let me preface, this business has the nicest staff and friendliest front desk. unfortunately my care was subpar. I was examined & sent home with antibiotics for the hole in my arm. After being called back to say I had multiple fractures, not a sprain I was called back for a splint. my right pinky, hand & wrist were fractured. I went in for a hard splint. it didnt support hand or pinky. went back & requested a second. while it supported my hand & pinky, it was I'll fitting & scrapped arm. I fell and hurt my Ankle. I was extremely painful and swelling set in immediately. When I fell I felt a pop and was not able to walk on it immediately. After a few minutes I decided to seek medical care. Express Wellness was the closest urgent care to me so I decided to try them. Around 1pm I walked in (with a slight limp) and asked if they took walk ins. The women at the desk told me they were not taking anyone else today and to make an appointment for tomorrow.
