First time using your services and it was awesome! The reception was professional and nice. The staff were all great. We were in and out in about an hour. This will be our new urgent care facility.
Took my 2 year old in on Tuesday and the wait was minimal. The nurse was super friendly to my shy little guy and the PA and Doctor both were phenomenal. We live in Hutchinson, but my son was with his gma that day and needed seen. The experience was better than it normally is with his regular doctor.
They were fast because I had an appointment, but charged for a visit in a rural area and not a urgent care visit. So my insurance didn't pay as much. After being told it was the other places fault, I just paid it. I am will be going to nextcare next time where I know that they will charge me just for an urgent care. Definitely worth the drive
Edit: I am editing my review to 3 stars because the lady who handles Google reviews called me to explain that they had no provider in today which is why they closed at 4pm. That would have been great to hear when they called me back after a missed call earlier. That is why I am upgrading to 3 stars. The website says they close at 6pm on Sundays, but they decide to close 2 hours early. They even confirmed that they close at 6pm on Sundays but decided to close at 4pm today. I guess they don't care about patients health.
I never saw a medical doctor. I was seen by a physician assistant who ordered the tests. I received a text from Dillons pharmacy that said they were getting two prescriptions ready. All the sudden, I never received the text that my prescriptions were refilled. I called Dillon’s to ask what happened to the prescriptions and they told me that the physician assistant had cancelled them with no explanation as to why.
