Took my wife in because she was having painful coughing fits and trouble breathing. Even though it's the midst of the cold and flu season she was seen within 40 minutes. The care, concern and treatment couldn't have been better. She got a chest x-ray and breathing treatment, along with needed prescriptions. We will definitely go back in the future if we need to.
why are hours posted on the door for 10am on Sunday, they are even listed when you call, it even allows for a Sunday 10am check in but 20 min after 10 in 26 degree weather and the doors are still not open. You should have correct hours posted. You should not allow people to have a check in time and not honor it. I do not recommend.
Needs improvement, I went in For a shoulder Abrasion and Sprain and a couple Sprains on my hands I spoke to 3 other doctors thats told i need to go to walk clinic to get a Doctors Note and that if i needed to get my Girlfriend added on my doctors note its was possible, When i got there, i had to pay $130 out of pocket just for then to tell me they couldn't help me with that, The Doctors and Everyone was Extremely Rude and Gave me little to nun advice or help, She Ripped My Bandages Off and didnt Reapply any after asking fo... read more

I would give a "0" if I could! Doctor up and left this practice! I am trying to get a referral to a real doctor for a colonoscopy, because they are trying to push you off on a PA who is just an assistant! The price I'm charged is for a doctor, not one who's training to be a doctor! Please tell me why it's difficult to get a referral for an important procedure like a colonoscopy!!!

I took my daughter to get stitches on her ear. The PA was too nervous to give her stitches. She told me to go to the hospital, why is she practicing if she doesn't have the experience or courtesy to waste my tine abd money. They still CHARGED my insurance. They never sent me my Explanation of benefits....will never return or take my family here ever again. So Unprofessional

I went in with shoulder pain. not only did they not take an X-ray, the person that saw me was cold and uncaring and asked me what I wanted them to do for me. She barely examined me and sent me home. Not exactly sure what their purpose is for being there. So here I sit still in pain without any idea what is wrong with my shoulder. Thanks for nothing!
