I seem to go through providers like Henry VIII went through wives…. So may just want to see you, barely acknowledge that you exist, and move to the next “insurance claim”. Not here! Jennifer cares, she listens, she has a sense of humor and takes the time to speak to you like you are a big boy or girl! It’s all I want, someone to talk to me on my level and make sure I stay healthy. Major props to her and her support staff for caring. It goes a long way! Thank goodness they started a primary care service!

I brought my daughter in, after she fell & hurt her arm. I have never had a better doctor's appointment, ever. We loved all the ladies & everything about our experience. We drove from Winfield & it was so worth it! I recommend, recommend, recommend! Thank you, Ladies!

I went with my sister so she didn’t have to be alone and so glad I was there. Went in for symptoms of a kidney issue. Front desk was unprofessional and after explaining why we were there the from desk lady( who already had an attitude) made a noise with her mouth and had proceeded to say “yeah, I just don’t know if that’s urgent tho.” Then told us they can’t see her because we need to schedule with PCP first. Front desk is helpful. They assisted me quickly and got me what I needed to start feeling better. Lobby could use some more hand sanitizer though.

I have had two wonderful experiences with the Xpress Urgent Care in Haysville. Also, my mom used them when visiting from out of town and they were very helpful and addressed her issues quickly. I appreciate how quickly I have been able to be seen both times.
