I have always loved going and taking my kids to xpress wellness urgent care. I was so excited when they opened one in Haysville. We went last night and it was amazing. We were able to get a same day appointment. Wait time was minimal, stuff was really friendly building was really clean and welcoming. The doctor was patient and understanding and listen and treated my son with respect and I really appreciated that and we definitely will be coming back to this location.
Best doctors office experience I’ve ever had. Brittny at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. She worked us in on a cancellation and got us in quick. The PA Jennifer Edison was as friendly as can be and great with my child. We were in and out in an hour and will definitely go back. It was nice to learn they have X-ray capabilities as well.
My family and I really like coming here. Most places are closed on weekends and they are always open to help us. They were very busy Saturday and we walked in and the lady was so nice and helpful. She even made my grandma a cup of coffee. When we left her and the nurse with black hair were helping two patients to their car because they had trouble walking. Wow everyone is so nice here
Even though they were short staffed the day I visited, they got me back to a room as quick as possible. All the staff was very nice. After my exam, the PA explained everything clearly, and made sure I was good to go. The facility is nice and clean.
I came in a few days ago to get earwax removed from my left ear. Their service was slower than day because their computers weren't working, so I had to wait longer. But eventually I was taken care of, and my hearing is perfect now. They do good work overall and I would recommend them to anyone, though I hope they get their computers fixed soon. Having problems with technology is a pain lol.
