If you are looking for a primary doctor, then I highly recommend Dr. Nathan Norris. He takes time to listen to you and I love that he is proactive in dealing with issues. He is more interested in finding long term solutions instead of bandaid fixes or just writing you a prescription. (Although, if a prescription is needed, he will do that as well) His assistant, Caleb is awesome as well. He is always friendly. Dr. Norris is one of the best doctors my family has seen. He is very thorough and always gives the best care. His experience really shows and he is very personable and caring. I always leave with a full understanding of my lab work, and everything I need to do to stay healthy! I would highly recommend him if anyone is needing a family physician.
I don’t know how this place isn’t a solid 5-stars! The provider is amazing. She does not talk down to you, as a mere mortal, and actually talks to you like a human being. The place is spotless, service was very quick. Staff if truly friendly and responsive. Compare it to an ER or another Urgent Care facility, they are warp speed.
This is a clean and solid medical facility. I felt confident that my HIPPA information was well protected. However, the front desk staff seemed slightly preoccupied or pressed with the occupants seated in the lobby. Maybe there were other duties as the company phone constantly rang. Other patients decided to go elsewhere, I am unsure if there was any correlation between that and the constant ringing phone. Nevertheless, the doctor was very professional and friendly. Zero stars. I took my very ill boyfriend to the Xpress Wellness Urgent Care and have never experienced less compassion or care than we did here. From the hour and a half wait WITH an appointment, to the dismissive receptionist, to the rude physicians assistant and nurses, and the doctor who couldn’t be bothered to come into the room, it was the worst experience top to bottom.
