I got checked in and the first face you see usially sets the mood. The lady that checked me in was super polite. After I was checked in the medical assistant was very quick. He was soooooo toned in to things I was explaining to him and I didn't feel rushed. Then Diane came in she listened and heard me clearly. She was very detailed and she actually read my chart. My care and treatment at Xpress wellness was phenomenal as always. Such compassion and knowledge of my provider Diane Slough. She works with me on various health issues and takes the time to explain the problems and how to fix them. I have never had to wait very long to be seen, all the employees are kind, courteous and attentive. I love this location! It's always clean and Dr. Slough really takes her time with patients, I've never felt rushed. I cannot recommend them enough!
Diane Slough and the team at Xpress are the real deal. I don't know the fellas name that does the tests, but he is warm and caring, friendly and super helpful. And Diane is thoughtful, caring, super knowledgeable and has a genuine care for her patients. This place truly reminds me of an old time, old fashioned Drs office that isn't super corporate, even though it is, and shows genuine concern for their patients. As long as I am in this area, they are the only people I'll trust and go to for my medical needs.
