Staff exceptionally friendly, caring and compassionate. The doctor, she was absolutely 💯 👌 incredible! She respected my beliefs and never pushed for anything other than creating a healthy goal(s). I will be using her and the office for my PCP.
My care and treatment at Xpress wellness was phenomenal as always. Such compassion and knowledge of my provider Diane Slough. She works with me on various health issues and takes the time to explain the problems and how to fix them. The primary care as well as urgent care and the flexible hours and the fact I can find an xpress wellness open somewhere every single day is sure a weight off my mind and all my medical records are right there. I have never had to wait very long to be seen, all the employees are kind, courteous and attentive. I love this location! It's always clean and Dr. Slough really takes her time with patients, I've never felt rushed. I cannot recommend them enough!
Diane Slough and the team at Xpress are the real deal. I don't know the fellas name that does the tests, but he is warm and caring, friendly and super helpful. And Diane is thoughtful, caring, super knowledgeable and has a genuine care for her patients. This place truly reminds me of an old time, old fashioned Drs office that isn't super corporate, even though it is, and shows genuine concern for their patients. As long as I am in this area, they are the only people I'll trust and go to for my medical needs.
Highly recommend! Wonderful staff all around. Got me in quickly, got me tested for strep, prescribed me an antibiotic via my local pharmacy, and I feel MUCH better. Best Xpress urgent care out there.. and you can’t convince me otherwise! If I’m in a pinch like this last situation, I will absolutely drive over 20 minutes again to use their services again.
