XPS has provided our phone answering solutions for quite awhile. It has been a solution for both myself and our customers. Would recommend to any size firm that needs quality phone coverage.
It started out great with them but quickly declined after a few months. Now they have a quite incompetent set of people handling the phones that cannot seem to get a script or directions right. In setting up rentals and dealing with customer they frequently doubled the work for my wife (we got it to help her out, not increase her work). We finally cancelled it and we got charged for an extra 1.5months we did not use. I was so hopeful but in the end it was quite a terrible experience. We will use someone else next time. I mean I'm going to go out on a limb & say XPS is an awesome company. I went there to meet with my DIL who works there. The offices seemed very professional despite some construction obviously going on. The few employees I met were very friendly. From hearing about my DIL's experiences working for XPS, I'd apply if I were looking for a job.
Worst company ever. The lack of leadership there is the lack of accountability coming from the manager and floor supervisors towards the customer service agent. The discrimination against stage 3 cancer patients who has to attend chemotherapy. The rudeness and harassment from Javier (call center manager) and Claudia ( floor supervisor). Nobody wants to be held accountable about anything they lie and shorting your hours with out even asking you. If I could give this place 0 stars I would .
