This is Captain Jack from the motor yacht SOL. I recently had the pleasure of working with YachtMate. The yacht is spending an extensive time in the Caribbean. As such I wanted to be sure that I had all the replacement parts, filters, etc. to ensure the proper operation of two water makers aboard the yacht. I ordered 6 filters but only received 5. I was charged for 6. Delivery was extremely fast and the product appears very good. BUT I was charged for 6 and only receiver 5. I contacted Yacht-Mate via email and received an immediate reply from Sandy who gave me a credit to my card. I could not be happier. As I need more parts I will go straight to Yacht-Mate. My wife and I purchased a set of replacement water filters from Yacht Mate. Everyone we talked to was very helpful. We also had a couple issues pop up with other systems and Yacht Mate went way above and beyond what I expected to help us out. I highly recommend using them.
