I have been a patient of LifeStance Health for many years. It is a wonderful organization. Yalanda Holmes is my provider. She is amazing to work with. She is professional, personable, caring and very knowledgeable. I am so happy that I have had the privilege of having her as my provider. She listens to my problems and is always helpful in solving my issues. I highly recommend this organization and Yalanda.
Yolanda is very attentive to my medication needs. She offers suggestions for making changes, and timely orders refills for my medications.
Been seeing Yalanda Holmes for almost 3 years; she's easy to talk to, but her office is extremely disorganized. Today, she was 35+ minutes late for my appointment. Had to call the office to find out she was still with another patient. My chart was flagged red, but no one informed me about the delay until I called. Almost 50+ minutes past my appointment time, she is still not available, and if I hadn’t called, I’d still be waiting. Had to argue to reschedule without a penalty because they weren't ready. Yalanda Holmes is a fantastic provider, she makes me feel comfortable, and is always lending a helping hand. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family members. She is an asset to Lifestance Health. I have had other providers in the past who did not make me feel like they were doing such a great job, or that they had any care or compassion for me as a patient. Thanks again
