Scott the owner was very helpful, respectful and went above and beyond. Today we paid for our first month's rent and it was seamless. Looking forward to meeting Scott when we begin using the storage unit.
Friendly on the phone, amazing fast gate opener, unit had a lock in it. So thoughtful. The loaction is easy access of the 75 and the buildings are new. Also great light inside or out of the buildings.
Where do I even begin? After several exhausting days of moving, we originally reserved a storage unit at another local competitor, only to find it was much smaller than advertised, with no staff onsite during posted business hours and no one answering the phone. Needed a place to store trailer. Called Yellow Door and process was simple 30 minutes had my trailer parked and didnt even had to see anyone in person. All over phone and email.
Called to ask a few questions and was treated very well. Drive down and he showed us a few options to make sure we picked a size that worked for us. I highly recommend this place it I not one of the big pushy corporate owned ones where you are just a number. Just want to add to my review. I am selling a house so I have needed to add a couple of extra units. I have never in all my years of dealing with a self storage had this level of customer service.
