Called to ask a few questions and was treated very well. Drive down and he showed us a few options to make sure we picked a size that worked for us. I highly recommend this place it I not one of the big pushy corporate owned ones where you are just a number. Just want to add to my review. I definitely recommend Yellow Door Storage! The owner was helpful, kind and knowledgeable. He helped make my move from out of state much easier.
Definatly find another place. App is shady for billing after your in your contract. Water issues and muddy through most of the complex. Car sunk 4 in in mudd. Call prevoluously and said they had no issues. Great for getting in online with payments however go with a reputable storage unit somewhere else. Even if a little more expensive. You will be a lot happier
Used Yellow Door before when they were Cold Springs. My experience has been great! Scott in the office is very helpful and kind.
Since they changed owners this place has went to hell! I have had a unit since 2017 and moved my belongings out yesterday. The on site manager had cut my lock and left a nice little note with his signature. There was stuffing missing and other stuff dumped out of boxes and thrown back inside. It’s infested with mice and most of my stuff is now ruined from this. The units also flood! It’s owned by a franchise and no longer locally owned.
