Been renting for a few months and be an absolute amazing experience. The owner Scott super nice and very flexible with whatever you got going on with in reason. Highly recommend if your looking for unit!
Where do I even begin? After several exhausting days of moving, we originally reserved a storage unit at another local competitor, only to find it was much smaller than advertised, with no staff onsite during posted business hours and no one answering the phone. Scott the owner was very helpful, respectful and went above and beyond. Today we paid for our first month's rent and it was seamless. Looking forward to meeting Scott when we begin using the storage unit.
Friendly on the phone, amazing fast gate opener, unit had a lock in it. So thoughtful. The loaction is easy access of the 75 and the buildings are new. Also great light inside or out of the buildings.
Scott was a great person to visit with while completing rental paperwork. Super clean facilities and very convenient location. Easy rental process and everything explained fully.
