We purchased a home 18 months ago through them. It took over 4 months to get to move in. We had to pay a mother month rent past expected move in due to them forgetting to call the HVAC guy to come out for 6 weeks. Since then we have had nothing but problems. Buyer beware of installer incompetence! It took over 14 tries and over a year to get the plumbing working that was installed wrong on day 1-8 of the “1 day” set up. Terrible customer service, communication all the way around, even the owner Richard Altman. They want you to apply for a loan (credit app) prior to getting a price. I dont know anyone in their right mind that's going to have their credit pulled to get just a price. He said they have customers do it all the time. I will NOT be giving them 300k of my money with the unprofessional attitude, and service they offer. Go see Todd Padgett in claxton! He will do you right!
