We purchased our home from Leslie a year ago. Nothing but awesome customer service. We had a few issues along the way with our A/C. On August 4 2024 our A/C went out. I contacted the owner Richard Altman. He immediately got on it and called me back with an answer. He driver personally to Jacksonville picked up a new unit and had it installed the next day.
