Dr. Yin is very unprofessional. She made the partial dentures protruding and not fit on mouth. They even convince me to upgrade to a higher priced quality denture, but they put the super thick, low quality teeth. When asked to fix it, because it was impossible to chew and there were air gaps where food will get caught, she said "deal with it!" Very rude. Her refund policy is 50%. It's a scam. This dentist is very rude and undprofessional. She did not care about correcting my mother’s dentures after her numerously expressing that she was not satisfied. She did not communicate with my mother but instead with her assistant. She told my mother that she would remake her dentures and that she would have to take whatever she made because it “is costing me more money.” I would not revcommend her or Afgoedable Dentures in Little Rock to anyone.
