The service/parts departments at Yoder Chevrolet provided an outstanding experience. The professionalism and care shown, by Andrew and Zachary, was exceptional. Shout out to Andrew our service advisor and all of the mechanics in the shop. We had a unique issue with a 20 year old Corvette. The Team at Yoder worked very hard to fix our issue. It even involved the tireless effort from their I.T. department to properly download a program update from G.M. In the end all of us learned more about how a Mag Ride in a old car works the any of us wanted to know. Good job everyone! Cheers!
Absolutely the worst dealership and experience. Been taking my vehicle here since before being bought out by Yoder. This used to be a top tier dealership. But after today’s experience I’d never step foot in this establishment again. For a simple oil change they were wanting to charge $80 just in labor for it. Previous visit it was only $20 in labor. Went in for an oil change without an appointment and they were able to squeeze me. The Staff were super friendly and welcoming, and even invited me to join some of the other staff to join them for BBQ they were having for one of their employees! And as an added bonus their waiting room was comfy. Good people and good service
Laura Crowell service advisor was an amazing Lady. I did not have an appointment but she made sure my truck was taken care of first time using Yoder and it definitely won’t be my last hope to continue having Yoder take of my service needs. Friendly and helpful. Thank for getting my truck in.
