Absolutely the worst dealership and experience. Been taking my vehicle here since before being bought out by Yoder. This used to be a top tier dealership. But after today’s experience I’d never step foot in this establishment again. For a simple oil change they were wanting to charge $80 just in labor for it. Previous visit it was only $20 in labor. Went in for an oil change without an appointment and they were able to squeeze me. The Staff were super friendly and welcoming, and even invited me to join some of the other staff to join them for BBQ they were having for one of their employees! And as an added bonus their waiting room was comfy. Good people and good service
This was our first visit to Yoder for service. We have heard good things, so we decided to take our vehicle in for recalls. This is a special vehicle to us, so we wanted a place that would understand the value of it to us. This is that kind of shop. Andrew, the service advisor, was nice and understanding of our needs. He communicated the status, and the technician was fast and delicate with our vehicle. I would definitely recommend Yoder for service!
I had an unusual warranty issue pop up. I was able to meet with Andrew the same day to diagnose the issue then set up another appointment. Within days of that appointment, a replacement part was found and reinstalled, within days! If you’re not using the service here, you are wrong.
This dealership is hands down the best car place I have been to by far. From the time I opened the door to the time I left was a great vibe. EVERYONE from sales to the GM were very helpful and understanding of my situation. When Charles and Theron said they will get my loan approved they meant it and that’s what they did. VERY grateful to find such an awesome dealership that actually took the time to help me. Thank you all for the hard work I appreciate you all!!!
