Top notch maintenance service! Hector is the absolute best! As soon as a maintenance request is submitted, Hector has always quickly resolved very quickly. Granted there have been very few since York Woods is such a great place to call home.

Kerragan Zellner has made York woods for me a consistent home for going on 3 years. In my time of difficultly she was able to make sure I was able to maintain my home at York woods. The entire staff truly was helpful on this situation. In all my years of renting I have never felt more welcomed or worked with. I have lived at York Woods at Lake Murray for a year now. I continue to be impressed with the apartment and how well the surroundings are maintained. The maintenance staff and leasing office quickly respond to my needs. Initially, this was only going to be a quick stop for me but I am going to stay longer because I am so happy in this beautiful and safe environment!
