George English-Doty explained everything about the procedure to me in layman terms that I could understand and I appreciated that very much. George is very knowledgeable of his position and let me know how he was going to proceed in getting my ants taken care of in a timely manner. George is very friendly in a wonderful way. He talks about his personal life with his wife and dogs and he laughs when it's appropriate. I enjoyed having him in my home.

I have kept my business with Yorks because their staff is friendly and attentive and always do a thorough job. Recently we had a new member spray, George English-Doty…he was extremely patient as I showed up late and then made sure to do all the extras to take care of our property. Thank you!

I have had York's perform services at my home and my rentals for many years. The technician George that came out today for my service was very informative took his time and I feel very confident the situation will be remedied. I also appreciate that I can get usually the next day service if not the same day service when I call with a pest problem.

Juan Mendoza the Service Technician did a complete clean on a Client's home, he was professional, and his communication through every step was excellent.
