Started off rocky when I got there 9. After X-rays I was to the understanding they were going to clean and extract the tooth. I was informed that would happen at next appointment. When they realized it upset me to be misled. I went back at 11 for deep cleaning. Then Dr Chang came in and said if I could come back at 2:15 she could do extractions. Corporate office sent me a reminder of my appointment and made me 30 minutes late. Thankfully the office worked me in the same day but corporate doesn’t need to send reminders with the wrong appointment time.

I did not have any contact with Dr. Chang. Had some turbulence with Office Mgr. Layla! Had 4 different calls from the office for requested changes of appointments, including the day of the appointment. Very odd & she caused confusion & less than professional courtesy including never calling back! Pretty poor!!!! Dental Hygentist, Daniel, was very informative & is excellent in her skills. She is wonderful! I find that the “office” is “pushy” on setting their own agenda & do not listen to what we feel we want.
