Started off rocky when I got there 9. After X-rays I was to the understanding they were going to clean and extract the tooth. I was informed that would happen at next appointment. When they realized it upset me to be misled. I went back at 11 for deep cleaning. Then Dr Chang came in and said if I could come back at 2:15 she could do extractions. Corporate office sent me a reminder of my appointment and made me 30 minutes late. Thankfully the office worked me in the same day but corporate doesn’t need to send reminders with the wrong appointment time.
Young chi Chang always makes me feel comfortable, she is very sweet and explains everything so I can understand 🙏🏼
I had an emergency and Aspen Dental in Shalotte gave me an early appointment with Dr Chang to repair my partial plate and she and her associates did a wonderful job. Very pleased with results and team was very professional. Highly recommend to anyone. Thank you for helping me in my time of need.
