Young Sprouts Therapy cancelled my appointment for Sunday on Friday at noon (Thanksgiving weekend), stating that I had not completed the required form. I had planned to finish the form on Friday after work; however, they cancelled the appointment two days before my first consultation without even a courtesy phone call.
