Hans was here within an hour from calling, he fixed our toilet issue and installed a new hot water heater. He explained everything that he was doing. He was very personable and reasonably priced. I will definitely call him if we ever need a plumber again, thank you!
This was not the first time I called this company. The job was done very professionally. The plumber explained and showed me exactly what was causing the problem and rectified it. He worked neatly and cleaned up all of the odds and ends before leaving. I would recommend Your #1 Plumber wholeheartedly!
This company is amazing. They always stive to provide on-time service, and they have plumbers who speak Portuguese, super helpful for my elderly parents who speak very little English. They have fixed a couple of issues in my parent's condo in the past and we will always rely on them because they go above and beyond to ensure the work is done right.

The Technician arrived on time was curious and professional and after i showed him my issues in the kitchen and bathroom he went right to work and knew exactly how to fix my problems. He was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing, he was quick and cleaned up after he fixed my problems in the kitchen and bathroom.
