Your Boat Club at Chain of Lakes is open!! We went out last night and had a great time on one of their portions. For nature lovers, we saw: Herons, American white pelicans, Swallows, Comorans, an Osprey, Ducks, a muskrat, Sparrows & Swans. We had 2 hours and cruised through Pelican lake, Grass Lake, Lake Marie, & Nippersink Lake. The staff do a great job prepping the boats and returning boats is a breeze. We had a great day on the water at Chain O'Lakes! Pontoon rental with Your Boat Club was easy and fast, booked online in under 2 minutes. The crew was friendly, courteous, and very helpful with docking. The boat was clean and well-maintained, and our two Boxers loved coming along for the ride. We enjoyed the experience very much and will definitely be back!
Edit to their reply: you can’t overcharge someone for something that was already broken and ripped. We have time stamped photos of the canvas already very ripped when we were leaving the dock which is also attached and they itemized $1,000 for a canvas we didn’t rip. Rented a pontoon from here last week. When we got onto the boat, the deck hands put the bimini top up for us and we asked do we need to put it down for any bridges? Excellent experience all the way around. The guys offered to take our cooler etc from the car to the boat. The boat was ready to go before we arrived. They greeted us at the doc when we returned. Top notch service from start to finish.
Been a member for 5 years. Emmy and the dock crew are always excellent. The website needs some simplification though. Recent site changes are lacking. Very satisfied overall, though.
