Very disappointed with our experience. We took the boat out to celebrate my grandfather's life, and were gone for about an hour and a half. When we came back, I noticed my car was blocked in. I asked if anyone in the building owned a red truck and could move it. Stan stated he owned a red truck, and walked out there with me, to what I assumed move the truck. This place is great and the people are very helpful. We were greeted by a nice young lady as soon as we entered the parking lot, and we were on a boat within minutes of arrival. Our rented pontoon felt like a brand new boat and was very clean. All in all we had a nice relaxing enjoyable trip on the lake and I can't wait to do it again.
I have been a boat club member for 5 years and always get the rudest staff from this location. The staff acts like you don’t know what you are doing and are disrespectful. We always try and take out all our trash and not leave a mess and the staff is still rude about the littlest of things. They seem very entitled. I have not had this issue at any other YBC locations, when I tried to complain the manager did not call me back.
We LOVE Your Boat Club!!!! We joined in August and have already been out 6 times! :) it has been nothing short of a great experience! Abby , Tom, Leighton, Sam, EVERY boat crew member has surpassed our expectations. Truly. I love how you can get a boat any morning of the week and you can have reservations for nights and weekends. We rented a pontoon from Your Boat Club this past weekend for my son's 3rd birthday. Overall, it was a pleasant experience while inquiring and booking as well as the day of the rental. We thought the boat was clean and rather luxurious and the staff was friendly, heplful and courteous. We had an immense amount of fun with all the kids swimming, playing and of course eating cake.
