The staff at Brown’s Bay on a Wednesday morning was exceptional. They went above and beyond to help my elderly parents in every way possible. When we arrived back at the dock, 5 staff were waiting to help get them safely back to their vehicle. They moved cones in the parking lot so we could pull up a vehicle to limit the distance they had to walk. We’ve been at multiple locations and while everyone is always helpful, this was truly the best service.

I am a returning Tour Boat Club member but just took out a boat for the first time this year from the Brown’s Bay Lake Minnesota Marina. Service by the staff was excellent and the boat ran smoothly. Looking forward to another great boating season!!

This is our first time out with Your Boat Club. We got a beautiful pontoon boat. The staff got us familiar with the boat and helped guide us in and out of the slip. Overall great experience.

I made the cardinal sin of booking a reservation on the wrong day. I went out on a Saturday and found out that I accidently booked it for Sunday. Trevor came through again.........he was able to get a boat for us so we were still able to enjoy a day on the water, even after my major screw-up.
