We celebrated my boyfriends birthday here recently and had a great experience! The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Trevor and Tom assisted us and made sure we were well informed and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back.
This place is great and the people are very helpful. We were greeted by a nice young lady as soon as we entered the parking lot, and we were on a boat within minutes of arrival. Our rented pontoon felt like a brand new boat and was very clean. All in all we had a nice relaxing enjoyable trip on the lake and I can't wait to do it again.
Entitled high school brats make for abysmal employees—especially in customer service. Not a single courtesy, greeting, or welcome was offered. Instead, I had the privilege of watching two teens play petty power games with guests, instructing us to park, then re-park, then move again. I personally had to move my car three separate times just to satisfy their lack of coordination. Trevor and the team were awesome! Celebrated my bday yesterday and they took care of my group and I very well! Great vibes and a stress free experience!
I have been a boat club member for 5 years and always get the rudest staff from this location. The staff acts like you don’t know what you are doing and are disrespectful. We always try and take out all our trash and not leave a mess and the staff is still rude about the littlest of things. They seem very entitled. I have not had this issue at any other YBC locations, when I tried to complain the manager did not call me back.
