We were visiting our son and his wife and wanted to spend a day out on the lake. The rental process was easy. Check in was smooth, the boys helping us get started in the water were super knowledgeable and helpful. The water was beautiful and enjoyed fishing and swimming. The boat return process was smooth and easy. We plan to do it again next time we are up during spring/summer months.

This was our first booking this year and it was absolutely fantastic as always! I can’t recommend a better experience for out of town guests. What a fantastic way to spend a day in Minnesota. We have taken dozens of guests out over the years and everyone has the same feedback: incredible staff, service, and boats. When a staff member recognized me and my wife from last year and welcomed us back it just added to the experience. Time to update my membership and get back on the water more often. Great experience, start to finish. Staff were plentiful and experienced and eager to help. The boat itself was nice and clean and seemed new! Very easy to drive and maneuver and many hands available to return to the dock (which we did twice). They had leg jackets for us in the boat and better ones available in the property, a bathroom available for before and after was helpful too. The staff at Brown’s Bay on a Wednesday morning was exceptional. They went above and beyond to help my elderly parents in every way possible. When we arrived back at the dock, 5 staff were waiting to help get them safely back to their vehicle. They moved cones in the parking lot so we could pull up a vehicle to limit the distance they had to walk. We’ve been at multiple locations and while everyone is always helpful, this was truly the best service.

We had a wonderful time bringing friends out on Lake Minnetonka via our membership to "Your Boat Club" last week. The staff was wonderful and helped us get loaded on to our boat. Staff were always available to help us get off and help us dock and unload when we came in!
