Very easy to reserve. Staff made check-in easy, helped carry things to boat, gave clear instructions on how to operate and recommendations on where to go on lake. Return equally friendly, helpful and efficient. Boat was clean and ran beautifully. Rental was expensive on 4th of July weekend. Highly recommend.
The staff were very attentive and helpful. They took the time to go over boat operations, helped me rig my pole and pointed out fishing hotspots & tips. I fished Wed-Fri each experience was fantastic!
We had a great experience on Lake Mille Lacs. Rod was very helpful and kind! Made sure we were set to go! Helped us load and unload the boat. Was super friendly!
Matt and Tom as well as customer service were all exceptional as we were first time boat renters - patient with our questions and so responsive. It was a simple process and enjoyable experience making for an outstanding boating day!!
I am extremely disappointed with our experience renting a boat and tube from Your Boat Club on July 20. We picked up our boat at 2:30 p.m., and before we even left the marina, the boat was making a noticeable grinding noise, which was noticed by the sales associate. Once we got out onto the lake and increased our speed, the noise temporarily went away, so we assumed everything was okay.
