Amazing experience! Booked online which was pretty simple and straightforward. Upon arriving, the guy complained everything to me on how to work the boat and areas I could dock the boat. The experience overall was very great. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the boat was very clean. My friend and I had a great experience. The only reason for the four stars rather than five is simply because they don’t offer refunds, they only offer credits. We were very excited for a day boating with extended family. Unfortunately nobody showed up. We called customer service after an hour, who eventually said they had a computer glitch so nobody knew we had a reservation. Didn’t end up getting on the water. We were told we’d get a refund however
The boats are clean and always ready to go. Great staff that is friendly and there are lots of great opportunities for sightseeing when you go south down the river. Don’t plan on going north that far, the river gets shallow.

The pontoon was ready when we arrived a little early. It was clean, neat and well equipped. The attendant was friendly and helpful. Nice afternoon!
