Your Extra Closet is a wonderful storage unit service! They help with sponsorships for the Greater Starkville Development Partnership and help store all of our event materials. The staff goes out of their way to make sure to help us, and we really appreciate it. We also have a separate unit for other entities within our office and have never had any problems!

We rented a unit to store some of our things before a move, and Bully's Lockers made it about as painless and hassle-free as can be -- it was great. There's no deposit, and your lease starts whenever you want it to, so you don't have to worry about starting on the 1st of the month. (They can also prorate it, so if you need a unit for a particular amount of time, it's easy to do.) The smallest unit they have is 5 x 10 feet for $40 a month, so for the amount of space you get it's pretty reasonable.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I left for deployment with the army and came back to a rat infested storage unit. Everything was destroyed despite their contract saying they protect against rats. They dodged my calls, texts, and emails for months to the point where I gave up trying to get my claim for all my destroyed goods. They also raised the prices from the original $60 for a small unit to $145 over the course of 2 years. To top it all off, they made the move out process absolutely a pain as well. Straight up lied! Told them I was moving a 4000 sqft house and that ABF would be bringing 2 - 28 foot trailers to park on the lot and give us three days to unload and then pick up - is that ok? He said "yeah". ABF showed up and the same mgr/asst mgr that I spent two hours in-person reserving 4, 10x20, units would not let the ABF trailers in and told me he never said we could pull the trailers in. Chad, the manager, at one of the Starkville locations was very rude to me. I saw where a unit was available online as well as after being told by the online chat system. Upon calling, Chad told me that all units were taken. After much conversation, he said he thought I was inquiring about a unit in Oxford and that I must understand that the "chat" system is based out of Arkansas so they don't know what's available.
