I had an extremely disappointing experience with this firm regarding my claim. It has been over a year since we started the process, and the last response I received was on May 30, 2025, regarding the litigation process. After that, I never heard back from anyone. I highly recommend your Insurance attorney they work with you. They are professional, passionate as well as empathetic regarding your needs a harsh time after a hurricane. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ariel Ajo. After promptly providing all requested information regarding my case in early July and following up multiple times over the course of a month, I received no response. Then, on August 18, I was abruptly notified via an impersonal, automated "no-reply" email that they would not be proceeding with representation. Total lack of professionalism and consideration for their client's time. I do not recommend this attorney.
