Prompt. Respectful. Honest. Compassionate. Things you don't normally hear about a lawyer. These guys are great and have treated us incredible.
They blew us off. We suffered water damage to our foundation due to storms and neighboring property downspouts being improperly routed. First they claimed it wouldn’t be covered but when referencing several areas in the policy, they promised to research it and call back the same day. We followed up, but those calls were not returned either.
Tiffany has been very professional, when I didn’t understand something she explained it in a way I could understand. She is amazing!!! Explains what she needs and ask me what I need or if I’m ok. I can’t say it enough she is amazing!! Thank you Tiffany, your future is bright.
