Jessica and Kyle were awesome Jessica totally was patient with me with getting my storage. I did pay a few months in advance so she was totally patient with getting that taken care of. She was extremely nice and polite and totally professional and then Kyle was really cool showing me where my storage unit wasn’t getting it ready for me. This is a great storage unit. Great prices. I definitely recommend.
We reserved our storage unit online and was able to complete all the forms and contract online. It made it super quick and simple. I honestly was amazed I didn't have to talk to anyone and was able to get our things moved right in afterwards.
Easy to reserve and easy process to rent a unit. Can contact someone in the area you live easily too. Had a little bit of a hard time finding the unit but called and they were able to direct me and I found it right away. They have an appointment that makes getting in to my unit very easy and easy to open and close the units. Overall great experience.
Good storage unit. They are easy to work with. Mostly remote video and phone conversations, but that didn't cause me any issues. Cameras up everywhere. Easy move out process.
Excellent and great service setting up my storage unit today. Impressed with all the electronic security features they have implemented here. I’ll update my review as the months go by and I jave an experience base to communicate.
