Wow! So new and clean. I love the locks they have. I do not have to worry about losing the key for my unit. Customer service has been exceptional so far.
Before I had my mind made up, the lady I spoke with over the phone had already booked a reservation to preserve my unit without me needing to ask, and reassured me I was able to take my time with my decision, with no penalty if I chose somewhere else. When I got there, I needed help getting into the office, but they answered the phone and assisted me quickly despite the property being vacant. This is brand new facility with 21 century technologies like access into facility, opening and locking rolling doors of storage room by your cell phone or a key fob ( key fob is a $30.00 securing key fob deposit, it will refund after you return the key fob), also that facility has cameras all around .
