Our experience today was good. The hygienist understood our concerns and my daughter was very pleased with the doctor today. We received service at a decent time frame. We were done within a hour. The customer service was good as well.
The staff was very friendly,. professional and prompt. I thought that it was going to be a long visit because I had my 5 kids scheduled for the same day, and it did not take long at all. The staff worked very effectively and I didn't have to ask about my concerns because they took care of it and scheduled a future appointment. Great place :)
After waiting an hour and a half AFTER our appointment time they call me to the front desk and say I'm sorry, can we reschedule you for tomorrow. We had an "ACCIDENT" that we can't disclose any information about what happened and we are closing for the rest of the day and making everyone exit the building. So there is no telling what happened for them to empty the building and close like that. They did something messed up they wasn't supposed to do to a child because they "wouldn't tell any information". I'm sorry no I don't... read more
I love this office . My daughter’s Ortho Care has been outstanding ! The whole process has been great . The staff is great and Dr.V is definitely a superhero in disguise. My daughter’s Braces Journey has been nothing short of amazing . They keep you in the loop of everything through the entire process . I definitely recommend !
I took My Grandson Jabari there for a 4 o’clock appointment. We got there at 3:45. We went straight back. They took x-rays they taught to him. They cleaned his teeth. They made an appointment for next time and we were out of there and no time that staff was very polite and nice.. My Grandson was at ease enjoyed having his teeth cleaned, wasn’t nervous. It was a very great experience for us. we will be going back. I even made an appointment for myself even though they do children. They also do adults
