My kids had an appt for fillings back in dec and we were five minutes late for the appt and was told we needed to reschedule. We rescheduled the appt for a date in Jan same time frame. We arrived 10 mins before the appt time and after an hour of waiting I ask the lady at the front desk would they be seen before 4:30 and I was informed no. Your answering service is completely incompetent. I called to schedule an emergency appointment for my daughter, as she was in a bicycling accident and her front tooth was knocked out. The person who answered the phone barely spoke English. She scheduled the appointment 2 weeks out, and I asked if she could get a root canal that day as this was a referral put in by her primary dentist. Worst dental office experience I’ve ever had. The doctor who removed my boyfriend’s wisdom teeth was extremely rude and dismissive. When my boyfriend told him he was in pain, the doctor said it was “just a mental thing,” which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. During the procedure, they were not properly suctioning, and at the beginning my boyfriend was literally told to swallow his blood instead of being assisted. I arrived at my appointment scheduled for today arrived at the location and inside the door at 11:00am . After a few seconds of waiting behind a gentleman and his son. I was told at check in I was late and would have to reschedule at a later time . Decline to reschedule and will not be bringing my child to any of the locations . Do not recommend.
I had such a good experience at this dental office. A young hygienist who cleaned my teeth was incredibly thorough and made sure to explain everything as she went. She took her time and made the whole visit feel easy and comfortable. I really appreciate the care she gave—highly recommend! I wish I got her name
