Our experience today was good. The hygienist understood our concerns and my daughter was very pleased with the doctor today. We received service at a decent time frame. We were done within a hour. The customer service was good as well.
The women there were incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming! My son usually goes to Franklin Dental in Macon, but he had his appointment here this time. I asked if the two locations were connected, and they are. It was really nice to have the staff be knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. Most importantly, my son really enjoyed his visit and the services he received. Overall, we had a great experience!
The staff was very friendly,. professional and prompt. I thought that it was going to be a long visit because I had my 5 kids scheduled for the same day, and it did not take long at all. The staff worked very effectively and I didn't have to ask about my concerns because they took care of it and scheduled a future appointment. Great place :)
After waiting an hour and a half AFTER our appointment time they call me to the front desk and say I'm sorry, can we reschedule you for tomorrow. We had an "ACCIDENT" that we can't disclose any information about what happened and we are closing for the rest of the day and making everyone exit the building. So there is no telling what happened for them to empty the building and close like that. The first visit was good but the second visit was a whole other vibe. (Tooth extraction)Waited 3 hours to be called to the back and waited another 30 minutes when I finally saw a dentist enter another patients room shortly after I heard a teen crying out in pain followed by the dentist voice saying you should’ve feel any pain and since the girl never stopped screaming after a good 10 minutes, I got me and my kid out of there.
