I had such a good experience at this dental office. A young hygienist who cleaned my teeth was incredibly thorough and made sure to explain everything as she went. She took her time and made the whole visit feel easy and comfortable. I really appreciate the care she gave—highly recommend! I wish I got her name
Front desk personal gave great customer service. Dentist and his assistant were very friendly, informative, and easy to talk with. The facility is bigger than most Dentist offices I have encountered. The wait time with less 15 minutes.
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. The amount of 5-star reviews is honestly laughable. Either they’re fake or written by people who work here, because nothing about this place deserves praise. I had my wisdom teeth removed and the entire experience was unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. The wait times were beyond ridiculous, and patients are clearly not respected here at all. Was not satisfied and will not be bringing the kids back to you people so do not bother to call me or text me thank you. The hygienist that Cole had I feel that she did not do her best with Cole so I was very unpleased she did not ask any questions about him or anything so no I will not be bringing Cole or Elizabeth Milligan back. The front desk staff were very friendly and on point with school notes and work excuses. They made sure we left with everything we needed. The person who worked on my teeth and my son’s teeth was very informative and gentle. They even helped me find another dentist because I wanted my tooth pulled sooner. They also gave my son sight words to say and practice.
