Dr. Dong recommends keto diet and exercise regimen to me besides traditional medication management. The diet really works for me and I already lost 20 lbs! I feel like a whole new person.
Dr. Dong tapered me off Adderall successfully. It was started by my GP earlier. My mood is now stable, and I am able to complete my daily work finally. Turns out what I need for my focus during pandemic is anxiety medication. I was so overwhelmed with Adderall before. Luckily I followed Dr. Dong’s recommendation.
Dr. Dong takes good care of me. She reminds me to go to Labcrop every month so I can get my prescription filled. I forget about things sometimes. I really appreciate she doing that.
The medication Dr. Dong puts me on works great. I stayed in Canada for a while during the pandemic. The virtual appointment is very convenient.
