There have been other instances of maintenance problems in this apartment (two instances with our ice machine/fridge leaking water), but this is the most recent problem. Starting this morning (7:30 am), I woke up to water pouring from the ceiling in the kitchen. There was a sizable puddle already covering approximately 1/3rd of the kitchen area, and the water didn’t slow down to a trickle until 12:30 pm. Although the location is good, we’ve experienced repeated serious maintenance issues. We’ve had water damage to the kitchen flooring twice, with boards lifting and prolonged moisture, a broken sink that leaked for days due to delayed and incomplete repairs, and the apartment clearly hadn’t been cleaned at move-in, with lots of dust and dirt. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I have lived here for two years and the only thing good about this place is location everything else is a lie. The pool on the roof is green and has been for weeks maybe months unsure because I just started attempting to use it again. The golf simulator has never worked the whole time I’ve been here nor has the sauna. The only decent thing here is the gym but even that is sub par. In terms of rooms stuff is always breaking down. Day 3 and no one has come to fix the AC. I don’t care if you have 1 maintenance person - contract the work to another company. Oh and I’m still stepping over puddles of piss every time I try to leave the building. Don’t live here if you don’t want to breathe in human excrement and pay for algae infested pools. Amenities fees for what? Front desk can only take notes of complains. Yugo step it up bc I won’t shut up
Short review: If you value your health and self respect, I’d refrain from living in this complex. Terrible management, lackluster maintenance, no regard for tenant health or safety, and so much more. Long Review: After not being notified of a flood, for 3 months my room sat in shambles when I had expensive items laying around; if I was at least notified I would’ve came back and moved them out.
