All of these negative reviews are 100% accurate. The location and tour look great when you visit for the first time but the actual apartment you get is a joke. We are on our second year and it was a huge mistake. We will not be renewing. The new apartment was filthy when we moved in. We were told it was not their responsibility bc there was a renewal in the unit. That makes zero sense when we signed a new lease. Multiple issues in the apartment that still haven’t been fixed. ZERO STARS!! This place is AWFUL!!!! My daughter’s apartment flooded their first night and no one would come to fix it. Then they dried out the nasty carpet and laid it back down. She had constant mold problems. Her bathroom plumbing never worked and was never fixed correctly. Now they are charging us for damages from the flood. DO NOT rent here! Literally a tent outside would be a better option!

So disappointing. My son and roommates left their apartment in perfect condition and clean. We were very proud of them as they all spend a weekend cleaning. Upon move out, they were each hit with bogus charges. It seems to us, that it is their way to make extra money off each unit rented out. This is a sad practice, especially when students, who are on a limited budget are involved. I have lived here for over a year. This place gets more hate than it deserves, its not amazing but it has a great location to campus and northgate, decent amenities, and the apartment units aren't too bad (compared to nearby alternatives). Very unhappy with the service given by the managers and service team. I was charged work order fees for a wall that was already damaged before move in. They had given us 48 hours to report the issues but technically only 24 hours due to moving in being a whole day long. Even the one issue that I had reported of the blinds not working was never fixed. I was shown attitude by the resident manager and was told I could not escalate the issue.
