We purchased our home from Leslie a year ago. Nothing but awesome customer service. We had a few issues along the way with our A/C. On August 4 2024 our A/C went out. I contacted the owner Richard Altman. He immediately got on it and called me back with an answer. He driver personally to Jacksonville picked up a new unit and had it installed the next day. Mrs.Brittany was awesome. She stayed connected and gave us plenty of updates while we went through the process. She tried to do it as quickly as she could and make it as easy as possible on us. Very polite and professional as well. Also gave us a GREAT new home gift. Thank you so much!

All the other places we had been when we told them our budget they acted as if they didn't want to help us.
