We bought a ******** ************it was a lot model we closed 6-28-2024. House was delivered 9-6 and 9 half at a time. We have made 3 payments on house and still not in. Can't get any call backs. When we bought we had 2 requests my wife wanted only 1 to 2 steps to front door as she has ** now from bottom of door to ground is 30 inches said we could live with if they put a ramp in said no money for this. I wanted a 4 foot crawl space will they built up the ground and house is 5 foot higher than garage so you can imagine where... read more

My husband and I purchased a home in October. It was delivered to our land 10/24, set and the trim out was started 11/3. Trim out was not finished because several things were not sent with home and some items had to be ordered. The steps were delivered and set 11/8. That was the last time anything was done. The blocks were finally delivered 12/9 to do the underpinning. It was started 12/13 and completed 12/15 but it was supposed to have Stucco over the blocks and that has not been done yet.
