RecommendedI cannot say enough good things! We have been all over the place looking at houses & no one makes it as easy as Yurezz. We walked in on 9-23-2025 and told them exactly what we wanted & were able to customize the entire house. It was delivered in November and we moved in Jan 13th! I’m sure it doesn’t always happen that fast but every single person we dealt with went above & beyond to get us in quickly. We would buy with Yurezz in Sparta again in a heartbeat. I am so thankful we went with them!

It’s hard to watch someone take advantage of your children after they have worked so hard to get a home. My daughter bought a home from Yurezz and they have taken advantage of them, lied to them and made lots of broken promises. Do not use these people, they will take advantage of your family as well!
Multiple calls later with many broken promises. If you want pictures see below. Keep driving don’t stop here!!!! Holes in floors, floors collapsed in 2 areas. 4 “construction” companies at least that’s what they say they were didn’t fix the problems. Back up of septic due to poor installation. Frozen HVAC, cracked foundation. Not even a year! Don’t give a dime to this company!
