I've been trying talking to Megan trying to purchase home since January. At first was told wrong about septic permit the day we were gonna go sign papers after talking off from work to do that .She calls to say you have septic permit first not after. Have had home less than 6 months, received wrong flooring, cabinets, and a random door where living room windows should be, my homes not level, there are unfixed leaks, several large weak soft spot in the floors, scratches that were never fixed in the floors and walls, fireplace insert is loose at the bottom, they left the underneath of our home open, all appliances are dented and scratched and they promised replacing but never did.
