Bought a Sunshine Arc 9000 last summer form Yurezz in Sparta Tn. I swear i have had so many issues, it’s been a complete nightmare . I am over a year into this nightmare and all they have are excuses and blame everyone else. They hire the absolute worse contractor to do the work then blame them saying it’s their fault…. Got a new sunshine Arc 9000 from them they were great when I first started . When I signed contract and gave them money they could care less. So many issues and they always have an excuse …the Sunshine tech who was just here said Yurezz is their worse dealer hands down and they have the most issues and customer complaints about them. I highly suggest going to another dealer to spend your money. I definitely would not hire them to do any site work , septic, electrical etc…hire your own contractors and get it done right th... read more
The Athen TN location has the worst people around working there. They are rude, and mean people. Brandy, Kendlee are the worst, they treat their employees like total shit. Go out of their way to get a girl hired in there and told her to her face they just wanted her there to be their bitch, to do the work they themselves didn't want to do, Brandy the manager makes the employees cry and gets suspended herself for it. Athens location, not a friendly place. Not cool to walk into a place and have 3 women continue on with their conversations before acknowledging you're there until they are done and then acting like you just interrupted their day. Didn't end up buy here, first impressions are everything, I just wasn't impressed with most of the employees there, andni only seen 4. Leaving a review here because my last one was deleted.
