Have had home less than 6 months, received wrong flooring, cabinets, and a random door where living room windows should be, my homes not level, there are unfixed leaks, several large weak soft spot in the floors, scratches that were never fixed in the floors and walls, fireplace insert is loose at the bottom, they left the underneath of our home open, all appliances are dented and scratched and they promised replacing but never did. The girls in sales are really knowledgeable and helpful, but the only downside is don't expect to come in pre approved and use your own lender. They like to stay in house which I understand to a point but it would have been nice if we could have worked with them for our new house. We tried having our lender reach out, and they got no responses and passed around the automated system. Aside from that, it seemed like good company to get a house from.

Erica helped us look into mobile homes. She is knowledgeable and direct. How refreshing! She was able to answer all our questions and get things going for the home ownership process. Although we chose not to buy at this time, it was due to the market and economy. I would recommend Erica if you are seeking a personable, courteous professional.
