Just like another reviewer mentioned, there are ridiculous surcharges which I do NOT agree with. It's really too bad, since I have gone to this restaurant countless times over many years. The menu is interesting and accommodates a lot of restricted diets, but it's definitely all quite overpriced. During my most recent dining experience at Hugo's, the service was VERY slow, and the server got both my and my friend's drink orders wrong, then charged me an extra $3 for a drink I didn't order. Great service, plenty of parking, fresh ingredients, and a plethora of choices. Outdoor seating available with heaters as well.

This post is based on their delivery experience- Recently been on a gluten free diet and was scoping the Los Angeles valley area for healthy eats. After reading the reviews, I decided to give Hugo's a go and have a bit of mixed feelings.
