The most unprofessional, uncaring office I have ever been to. 1. While waiting for Dr. Sofer, she was outside my door giggling with the office girls about how she "pinched" a patient during a routine exam and thought his reaction was hysterical. 2. A urology office that doesn't ask a new patient for a urine sample.? They called me 10 minutes after I left and asked me to come back, which I did. 3.
