Zack is kind, supportive and has helped our marriage tremendously. He’s open and honest. He challenges us to stick with the tough conversations and work past the hurt.Not walk away angry and try to stay engaged through the process. It’s been hard work and I see the payoff. Stronger in our relationship, better communication and a new outlook for the present and future.

I enjoy the meetings that I share with Zachary Martin. He has helped me with my mental health issues in the last two meetings. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable.

I highly recommend this program and especially Zachary Martin. They are all very caring and make themselves very available at all times. Zack has helped me through the most challenging of circumstances and has given me excellent guidance and new perspectives on how to deal with the unexpected issues that arise in life. This was my first time meeting Zach & also using a web based session,all in all i think it went very well! I really liked Zach & I felt like I was comfortable talking with him and my expectations down the road with therapy. I felt like the website was very easy to use( i am an senior person, & managed pretty easily navigating). I would definitely recommend him and Lifestance to anyone that needed their resources.
