My partner and I recently visited Zales in NYC 5th Avenue location to buy my engagement and wedding band, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. We worked with Nikki through out several visits to pick out my rings and finalize our order. My rings had to go out for resizing and engraving at their jewelry center, and the turn around time was very quick! Came in for my first ring maintenance where Carol & Thalia were incredibly welcoming. & I left with a limited style watch of La Virgencita de Guadalupe because Carol took the time to talk me through the details while Thalia took care of my ring. Exceptional service. Thank you, Thalia & Carol!
They were so helpful Nikki and Jen walked me through every step. I was so nervous about buying a ring for my lady but they made it easy.
Zales has bad jewelry. I purchased a name plate necklace for myself and these little cute diamond earrings for my daughter that is shaped like a flower with a pink diamond in the middle. Long story short, I broke out terribly with bumps, a painful rash that felt itchy and hot to the touch. I had to take off the necklace immediately. Zales has a 30 day warranty and I received my necklace after the 30 day warranty. I called customer service and I was met with “unfortunately, we won’t be able to assist you with this issue.” F... read more
