I had an excellent experience at this urgent care pediatric office. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and efficient. The check-in process was quick, which is so important when you have a sick child. The pediatrician was absolutely wonderful—patient, attentive, and very thorough. I met Dr. Canfield at the baby’s and bumps event when I was 36 weeks pregnant and immediately felt that she was the right fit for me. I just completed my son’s first pediatric appointment at 5 days old. The facility is new, organized, and clean. I was very impressed at the layout and the patient room we were in. We absolutely love our baby’s pediatrician! From the very first visit, they have been incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, and welcoming! They take the time to truly listen to our concerns and never make us feel rushed or dismissed- especially as first time parents. What stands out the most is how gentle and caring they are with our baby — they always make her feel comfortable. We had an extremely pleasant experience bringing our newborn to this facility. The doctor was very informative, caring and attentive. Senal at the front desk was extremely helpful & everyone was so friendly and inviting. We are looking forward to coming back again.
Our family have been in the Palatine area for about 3 years now, and after all this time we finally found the place that will be taking care properly of our kiddos. I haven't found facilities nor staff that is this dedicated, attentive, patient and caring elsewhere, and the kids are EAGER to go back to the doctor's office! Dr Canfield was absolutely wonderful.
