Our son is 1 month old and we've been going to Zarminali at West Lakeview since he was born. We first learned about them at a local convention and were able to meet Dr. Perez there. We were able to tour before he was born and they were wonderful about getting us in quickly when he arrived much earlier than expected. The whole office has been so lovely. From the moment you walk in you feel very welcomed. We came in from a big named clinic and it just wasn’t it anymore. We loved our first visit from the front desk, Nurse and Primary doctor it was all wonderful. I will be making this office our primary for our older children as well. Dr. Jennifer Misasi was great at explaining our concerns and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole visit.
Great experience! Everyone was so kind and professional. It was so easy to check in with the gentleman at the front desk. The nurse was very patient with my kids, and Dr. Perez as well. She put my mind at ease with the information she provided, and was gentle with my kids. My daughter loves her, and felt so comfortable throughout the time Dr. Perez was doing her checkup.
