I wish I could leave no stars that should be an option. They are the worst management company I've ever encountered. The property I moved into 182 DEWEY ST was a disaster once I moved In Feb 2023. The units heat was not working because it was faulty and it took me forever to get someone to come fix it. The gave me the run around and 3 space heaters which is very illegal. Zebra management is the worst company to live under, can’t even say they are racist because they don’t take care of any of their properties I didn’t have hot water for a year the house would flood and was infested with mice basement flooded every time it rained they have illegal apartments
Incredibly terrible, To talk to someone takes over 10 attempts, if you’re lucky you will speak with someone very RUDE! First doors were re-keyed and more than 10 people could not get inside of their apartments after work! I had to go back to my job and sleep there! There was no hot water since Saturday June 30th until yesterday May, 5th. I stayed 4 days at a hotel and no one even asked if I needed assistance, reimbursement or vouchers! 6MO AGO I WROTE A REVIEW ABOUT HOW EASY THE MOVE IN PROCESS WAS AND HOW I LIKED MY APARTMENT VERY MUCH….
