I had a great experience at Zeke Ford. The staff from top to bottom was very professional and gave me honest answers to my questions. I will definitely be looking at Zeke Ford to purchase my next vehicle.
Worked with Rick Mears, test drove several cars and Rick was very helpful through the process and patient as we made our decision. Zeck Ford replaced damaged tint on the windshield and gave me a loaner vehicle while they completed the work. The work was delayed a day and they delivered the car to my address so I did not have to return to the dealership to pick up my car. 5 stars for the customer service.
Rick Mears at Zeck Ford was awesome he didn't pressure me and knew about the vehicle he was selling. Overall it was a great car buying experience!

Working with Landon Neighbors was a GREAT experience - No pressure - I was not looking around for the closest escape door - He was patient and showed us everything he could to help us make a good decision. Laura Beckley was very good in making certain everything was flowing smoothly and making us feel very welcomed and like we were the most important people there. Eddie was real helpful in working to get the payment down to my price range. The process from start to finish was painless. All the employees that i interacted with were down to earth!!!!!

As always Rick Mears was genial even though we dropped by on an insanely busy Saturday and generously told us to look at anything we wanted and to let him know if we were interested in anything. Well it was too hot and Zeck too busy so we left, telling Rick we'd be there Monday. Monday we wound up being 30 minutes late and were unfortunely too late to do any financing further than filling out our information so we had to return the next evening.
