Dealt with Austen on a 2016 Ford Flex I found on the internet. He is a gentleman and a professional. Helped me the entire way from start to finish. Sent me an exterior walk around video along with the interior at my request. He even held up the truck driver to finish detailing the car. Papaerwork was quick with some electronic signatures, a small credit card deposit, overnighted bank and just like that the flex was on a trailer. With employees like this, would 100% do business with Zeck again. Thanks again Austen!
