I can't recommend Zenvy Property Solutions enough. I originally hired Jake to soft wash our home because our five-year-old gutters had developed dark mildew stains. I was convinced I'd have to scrub them all by hand, but Jake assured me his cleaning process would take care of it. He was absolutely right. I needed a Tv mounted above my fireplace on stone. The stone is very uneven and the slim flush mount included with the tv did not seem sufficient. I know it was daunting task considering the first company I had come out refused to do it because they were afraid of breaking the stone. Came out on Friday, did a quick walk around, and gave me a reasonable quote. We scheduled the work for the next day. Great communication, nice people, and the work speaks for itself. It looks so much better.
