I recently toured The Zephyr and can I just say, this place is STUNNING! I absolutely loved everything from entry to exit. I was warmly welcomed by the property manager. The attention to detail throughout the community is truly impressive. Security is a top priority, therefore, only residents and staff with a key fob can access the building, elevators, or parking garage, which I really appreciate. Recently toured and absolutely love the prospect of living here. The design and aesthetics are stunning—modern, clean, and super inviting. The gym is next-level with high-end equipment (pelotons, free weights, smith machine and cable machine) and a spa-style pool that makes relaxing after a long day or even a workout a much needed and welcome addition.
