I absolutely can't say enough about how excited I am to be at home at the Zephyr. I live alone so I was slightly nervous about living downtown, but I wanted to be close to where the action is. The staff at the Zephyr were my friends right away. The maintenance department is wonderful. They contribute ideas for your space to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I recently toured The Zephyr and can I just say, this place is STUNNING! I absolutely loved everything from entry to exit. I was warmly welcomed by the property manager. The attention to detail throughout the community is truly impressive. Security is a top priority, therefore, only residents and staff with a key fob can access the building, elevators, or parking garage, which I really appreciate. Recently toured and absolutely love the prospect of living here. The design and aesthetics are stunning—modern, clean, and super inviting. The gym is next-level with high-end equipment (pelotons, free weights, smith machine and cable machine) and a spa-style pool that makes relaxing after a long day or even a workout a much needed and welcome addition.
